FAQ

Questions riders ask before they book.

Short answers. Call if yours is not here.

What is dyno tuning, in plain terms?

We run your bike on a dynamometer, a roller that loads the rear wheel like the road does, while logging horsepower, torque and air-fuel ratio. Then we adjust the fuel and ignition maps until the engine runs clean and strong across the whole rev range, and print the before-and-after sheet.

Do I need aftermarket parts before a tune?

No. Stock bikes gain drivability from a tune alone, because factory maps are built around emissions and worst-case fuel. Exhaust, intake and ECU flashes widen the gains, and we will tell you which one is worth it for your bike.

Flash or piggyback module, which is better?

A flash rewrites the stock ECU and keeps the wiring clean. A piggyback adds a module you can remove later. The right answer depends on the platform and whether you want the change reversible. We recommend per bike.

How long will my bike be at the shop?

A dyno session is usually a day. Scheduled service is same-day or next-day depending on parts. Builds and insurance repairs are quoted with a timeline up front.

Which brands do you work on?

Sportbikes and metric performance bikes are the focus: BMW, Ducati, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, Kawasaki, Aprilia, KTM and Triumph. We also service metric cruisers. Ask about anything else.

Will a tune or flash void my warranty?

It can, depending on the manufacturer and the dealer. We explain what is reversible and what is not before any work starts.

Can I watch the dyno pulls?

Usually, yes. Ask when you book and we will set a time you can be there for the baseline and final runs.

Do you offer pickup or transport?

Sometimes, for larger jobs and builds. Mention it when you request a booking and we will tell you what is possible.

How do I get a quote?

Send the year, make, model, mileage and the parts you are running or planning through the contact form, or call. Most quotes come back the same business day.
